Welcome to the Web pages of the Hellenic Journal of Cardiology

The Hellenic Journal of Cardiology is the official bimonthly journal of the Hellenic Cardiological Society and has been published regularly since 1957. Since 2002 an international edition in the English language has been published in parallel with the Greek edition.

The Hellenic Journal of Cardiology aims to publish the highest quality material, both clinical and scientific, on all aspects of cardiovascular medicine. The Journal offers the reader a collection of contemporary, original, peer-reviewed papers, review articles and editorials, together with book reviews and case reports.

Members of the Hellenic Cardiological Society receive the HJC automatically. Complimentary copies are provided to all European National Societies, the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) Working Groups and ESC affiliated Associations.

NEWS

Starting with the first issue of 2009. The contents of the HJC are being submitted to PubMed/Medline in electronic form (XML). This should substantially speed up the publication of citations on the PubMed site.
In addition, article citations on PubMed are now linked directly to the full text articles on our Journal's website. This applies retrospectively to all articles published since 2005.
